How to standardize the operation of the slide test machine

1. Manual mode operation procedure

1-1. Turn on the machine first.

1-2. Set the switch to manual mode on the touch panel. It can realize stopping or adjusting of a single test station. It is also possible to change the test product. (Often in the product abnormality, the use of this mode)

This mode is generally used in the initial state. The touch panel home position reset can be clicked only when the touch panel switch is set to the manual position. When the home position is reset, click the alarm reset button. At this time, if no alarm occurs, then click the touch switch to enter the automatic mode.

2. Automatic mode operation process

2-1. Toggle the touch panel switch to the automatic position and press the start switch. Under normal circumstances, the machinery into the automatic work cycle.

2-2. Once the phenomenon of buffer not in place, the machinery will automatically stop. At this time, the manual switch should be pressed to observe or adjust the drawer in place. At this time, press the automatic dynamic switch, press the alarm reset, press start, the machine re-enters the automatic work cycle.

2-3. Set the required number of tests each time before starting. The machine will stop automatically after the number of tests is completed, and it needs to be cleared before it can continue to start.

3. Emergency stop button operation

When an emergency occurs during the production process, you need to press the emergency stop button. Note: Whether in manual or automatic mode, press the emergency stop, the machine can not run.
