How to solve the problem of pocket u-pin assembly

During the production process, the neck or cup part of the u-pin and the hinge can not be assembled, please adjust it according to different situations in steps.

How to solve the problem that the u-pin can't penetrate into the neck part of the hinge ?

1. Check whether the size of the material hole is consistent with the U-needle

2. Check the needle guide for deformation, bending, broken needle

3. Check the iron head cylinder and the needle cylinder to extend the position of the product and mould (whether in a uniform guide hole vertical horizontal position).

4. Check the u-pin for deformation, broken head or unqualified u-pin.

How to solve the problem that the cup of hinge part and the U-pin can not be assembled ?

1. Click on the 6-station manual screen, press the alarm reset.

2. Click on the iron feeder cylinder in place.

3. Click on the needle cylinder to retract, remove the pocket fixture module fixing screws.

4. Click on the iron feeder cylinder to retract to its original position.

5. Remove the pocket module and take out the shaped material.

6. Reload the pocket module (executed under pause state).
