How to set the parameters of the slide test machine

Parameterisation of the slide tester is carried out in three steps speed adjustment setting, home position adjustment and servo position setting.

1. Speed adjustment setting

After clicking into the parameter setting, the N0-5 parameters on the left side are speed adjustment settings. According to the production needs and product data adjustment back to the origin speed, crawling speed, JOG speed and other parameters.

2. Home position adjustment

After completing the speed adjustment parameter setting. Parameter setting interface in the middle, 01-06 parameters for the origin class position adjustment.

Note: Each test needs to be based on the actual installation of the length of the slide rail to select the product size for testing, otherwise the pull-out length will be abnormal.

3. Servo position setting

3-1. Click into the parameter settings, the left 01-09 parameter settings for each specification of the test origin position.

3-2. The middle 01-09 parameter settings also need to be adjusted according to the product. The set value indicates the torque position of test position 1 for each specification.

3-3. The right 01-09 parameters are set for the test position 2 of each specification, and the value set represents the position of the length pulled out.

Note: The operator must be qualified by the operation of the training can be on duty operation. Strictly prohibit untrained personnel to operate this machine without authorization. When setting the parameters of the slide test machine, pay attention to safety at all times. Before energizing the machine, or pressing the emergency stop button, please make sure that the worker's hands have completely left the inside of the machine. In automatic mode and in standby mode, do not reach out, to prevent pressure injuries, top injuries and other accidents. (This tutorial applies to all slide testers sold by our factory)
