How to perform start-up inspection on the slide bagging machine

Steps to check before starting slide bagging machine: check power and air pressure, check home reset, check table, check suction cup and seal temperature.

It is essential to complete the start-up inspection before each production task. This can avoid many safety accidents and extend the life of the machine. (Note: This instruction applies to all of our automatic bagging machines on sliding rails).

Methods

1. Power supply and air pressure check

Before starting the machine, check whether the power supply is connected to the machine. At the same time, check whether the air pressure of the machine is normal.

2. Home position reset check

Turn on the power switch on the control panel. Click the power switch on the machine, the equipment is energized. Observe whether the yellow light is blinking (blinking is not the origin reset, always on for the origin reset is completed).

3. After completing the origin reset, check again whether the inductor switch and cylinder action are in the original position.

4. Manually check whether there are products in the feeding and discharging position.

5. Confirm again

Ensure that the machine has no other safety problems.

6. Bag check

Before loading the bag must be blown inside the bag, so that there is air inside the bag. Ensure that the bag can be opened smoothly for bagging. In the process of starting the machine, if the bag opening can not be opened smoothly, please check whether there is air in the bag.

7. Turn on or off the function of each part according to the operation demand, check whether the settings are normal.

8. Check whether there is any bag on the suction cup. If there is any bag, please remove the bag before starting the machine.

9. Check whether the sealing temperature reaches the requirement.
