How to operate the slide automatic bagging machine

Slide automatic bagging machine operation is: switch on the power, enter the operation page, model selection, servo zero, start the automatic button.

This machine is specially designed for automatic bagging of steel ball bearing drawer slide, which can be connected with production line or single machine. Adopting human-machine interface technology, the equipment is easy, fast and intuitive to operate. Methods

1. Press the power switch to start the machine.

2. The following screen is displayed, press any position to enter the operation screen.

3. After entering the operation page, the following screen will be displayed. Enter the model selection operation. (When there is no material, press this clearing switch to finish the material on the machine.)

4. Return all servos to zero. After the machine servo is zeroed, the yellow light is always on, which means the zero reset is completed.

5. Turn the "Manual/Auto" switch to "Auto". Press the automatic start button to start the machine.

6. Machine stop

6-1. When the machine needs to stop temporarily during the work, please press the automatic stop button, the machine will stop after the completion of a single cycle of action; or "manual / automatic" switch to manual, the equipment will immediately pause in the current position. And then cut to automatic, the equipment will continue to run normally and automatically.

6-2. When there is no incoming material, please press the clear button when you want to carry out the material in the machine. At this time, the bagger will automatically finish packing all the materials in the machine and move them out.

6-3. If the machine is jammed or if there is any injury to human body or the machine itself, please press the emergency stop button immediately. When the emergency stop is pressed, please turn left to release the emergency stop.
